Christian Gays is a community for ALL, including LGGBTTIQQEU2AA (Lesbian, Gay, Genderqueer, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Eunuch, Undecided, 2-Spirited, Asexual, and Allied), and while we are absolutely Christian-based, we also believe strongly in Christ's acceptance and support of all, so you will find information and support here for faiths. We range in age from 13 - 96.

We exist to provide a SAFE (non-sexual) place to connect with others, and to provide Resources and Support.

Call to Ministry

I just completed my Master of Divinity program at Vanderbilt. I did my senior thesis on ecclesial responses to the bullying of LGBTQ youth and passed the defense with flying colors. However, rather than move into the academy by entering a doctoral program in New Testament (my original plan) I have recognized a call to ministry--one I'd been avoiding for too long, but God always finds a way. I'm currently being confirmed in the Episcopal Church (learning I was more of an Episcopalian than a Methodist was another revelation during grad school).

Years ago when I had just entered undergrad, I found Christian Gays when I was at the end of my rope because I believed I was not right with God. I would've never guessed all those years ago that at age 25 I'd find myself leaving divinity school and pursuing a call to ministry.   ~ Brock

It is also time for me to say thank you for the ministry you have, as my partner and I have gotten so much from your website and emails. It is so encouraging that your group does show acceptance to ALL people and at the same time you do not compromise the gospel.
